Your Sessions at Omnisoul

Sessions begin with a relaxed intake conversation — not an interrogation, just a genuine getting-to-know-you. From there, we build a picture of your emotional landscape and designs a therapeutic approach specific to you. Sessions are typically 45-60 minutes, held weekly or fortnightly, at whatever frequency feels right for your needs.
